Starting today, Tuesday, April 6, and running until Thursday, April 8, the
Owl Shop is pleased to offer its customers complimentary samples of its
coffee.  From 12 pm til 2 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, we invite
you to try a single shot of espresso or a sample bag of our coffee beans on
the house.

During this promotion, we will offer customers a sample single shot of our
espresso or a sample bag of either our Peruvian French Roast or Costa Rican
La Minita blend, ground to your specifications.  The Peruvian French Roast
is grown under the shade of jungle canopies, and is cultivated in the
northeast slopes of the Andes mountains.  It is slightly acidic, with a
sweet finish.  Costa Rican La Minita is grown outside Bustamante, where the
beans are subject to a rigorous screening process — only 22% of the beans
qualify for La Minita.  It is a premium coffee, with a sweet aroma, full
body, bold acidity, and a clean aftertaste on the palate.

Our coffee beans are roasted by Mocha Joe’s, a premium boutique coffee
roaster based in Brattleboro, Vermont.  All beans are fair-trade and organic
when possible.
